Caregivers
On Advanced and Family, you can invite a caregiver to your record, view only or view and edit. You decide, and you can remove them at any time. A caregiver doesn't need a plan to view what you share. Paying for a plan never gives anyone access to someone else's records.
Managed patients
Keeping records for your child, or for an adult you legally represent? On Advanced and Family you can manage their record. Each managed patient beyond your plan's seats is $3.99 a month (or $39.90 a year). Adults who manage their own health keep their own record and can invite you as a caregiver instead.
Family Advanced
Four Advanced seats on one bill. Each person has their own account, a private record and their own usage allowance. The person who pays manages the seats but can't see anyone's records unless that person chooses to share. With your own AI key, each person uses their own key.
Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance per person: AI questions, document uploads, storage and AI explanations of trends. At a limit, that feature pauses until the month renews or you upgrade. There are no automatic overage charges. With your own AI key, your AI provider bills your AI use separately from this plan.
Billing terms
- Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Yearly plans cost the same as ten months.
- Cancel anytime from Billing; you keep your plan's features until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a payment fails, features stay on for a short grace period while it's retried.
- Your records, their export and deletion, and emergency guidance never depend on a plan or a payment. A payment problem never deletes your records.
